Holiday Shipping

Due to the high volume of holiday orders, There may be a delay in shipping. We will do our best to get your package to you in a timely manner. We will not be shipping out orders placed on 12/24, 12/25, 12/31 and 1/1. Please refer to the shipping cut off dates to ensure on-time arrival of orders.


Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

**Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship on the next business day. Expedited orders placed after 4 pm EST will ship on the next business day. Please note: Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday, as we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Holiday Shipping Window

Cinq à Sept will provide a FedEx tracking number once your order has shipped to help you anticipate the appropriate delivery date.

We are unable to guarantee shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. Please note for all APO/ FPO military addresses, we can only ship via Smartpost.

International Shipping

 For international shipping please shop our products on Farfetch.

On, we currently only ship to the United States and Canada. Please note that orders shipped outside the continental US do not qualify for expedited shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please make sure you ship your package to a secure location. If a package has been marked by delivered, theft is outside of our control and we are unable to offer refunds for stolen package.
If packages are lost and not scanned as delivered, we can place a claim on your behalf with the carrier. Replacement or refunds will be processed after the carrier has investigated the claim.

Make sure to:
  • Check around the property, around your doors, porches, decks, mailboxes, and the garage. If you live in an apartment, check your front desk or mailroom.
  • Check with your carrier; they may have left it at your pre-determined drop off location or hidden from street view to prevent mail theft.
  • Check with the neighbors; it could have been delivered next door.

Cinq à Sept wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event that you need to return your unworn items, you can ship it back to us in the original packaging for a refund.

All orders shipped outside the continental United States are final sale, non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please note our return policy:

  • All returns must be requested within 90 days from the date of receipt.
  • We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • All items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, Cinq à Sept reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
  • A $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refunded amount.
  • Please note that an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.
Refund Processing

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of package receipt. Your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund.


Please request an exchange on our returns portal page to receive a pre-paid label for the unwanted item. 

Please note, we can not guarantee sizing availability for the exchanged item, so if you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

Price Adjustments

Please note that during promotion periods, promotional offers cannot be applied towards previous purchases.

Returns Procedure

Follow the directions on the back of your packing list. Pack all items in a secure box or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing list with your items.

Printing Your Return Label

Follow the prompt, print out the return label and place the return label to the package. You can drop off the package at any USPS or FedEx location. 

Your return label is trackable and can be used for all US addresses. Orders shipped outside the Continental US will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note: A $7 return label fee will be applied to your return.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us at immediately.
