ROLE OVERVIEW

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of technology as it relates to our platforms and app stack. You will also be serving as a bridge between the NY office and central IT team. You will be critical to ensuring all E-commerce systems are running smoothly, provide the best customer experience and help to identify areas of opportunities. This position is ideal for someone with a technical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a passion for digital commerce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

E-commerce Platform & Website Management

  • Maintain and optimize our eCommerce platform, ensuring uptime and smooth functionality
  • Assist in launching new features, product pages and site updates
  • Monitor site performance, troubleshoot errors, and escalate issues as needed
  • Perform QA testing before deploying new functionalities or integrations

App Stack & Integrations

  • Manage and optimize third-party apps related to email, SMS, returns, customer service and more
  • Monitor API connections between the E-commerce platform, CRM, ERP and WMS
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with vendors or global IT to resolve technical problems
  • Assist with automation workflows to improve operation efficiency

IT Liaison & Technical Support

  • Act as the primary liaison between the E-commerce/Sales team and the global IT team for escalations and technical issues
  • Assist in user access management, compliance with IT policies and other general technology related tasks
  • Document system changes, troubleshooting processes and best practices
  • Support IT in data syncing, system migrations and reporting

Digital Operations & Customer Experience

  • Work closely with customer service, buying, marketing and operations team to improve the digital shopping experience
  • Monitor and enhance checkout flows, payment processing and order fulfillment from an E-commerce lens
  • Identify and fix friction points that impact conversion rates and site usability

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in a related field
  • 2-4 years’ experience working in high growth, small to mid-size companies or brands
  • Hands on experience with systems like Shopify, Gorgias, Google Analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written skills

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in managing marketing activities with our wholesale partners and owned and operated retail stores across both of Jaya's brands, Cinq à Sept and LIKELY. As the Retail Marketing Manager will partner closely with the wholesale account executive and DTC retail team to develop and execute compelling seasonal marketing campaigns with the goal of driving traffic and sales. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of all marketing assets and initiatives across wholesale accounts, managing timelines, and ensuring brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with account executives and retail marketing teams to craft dynamic, data-driven seasonal marketing campaigns that align with business objectives
  • Oversee campaign logistics, including the coordination of photography, key looks, samples, and budget management to ensure timely and successful execution
  • Develop and submit creative briefs for wholesale-specific needs such as seasonal product knowledge guides, digital lookbooks, and training materials
  • Provide strategic support for wholesale events, including Personal Appearances and trunk shows, by managing event materials such as guidelines, invitations, signage, and more
  • Coordinate in-store installations, managing seasonal visual displays, new product/category launches, and shop-in-shop experiences to enhance brand visibility
  • Maintain and manage the wholesale marketing calendar, acting as the primary liaison between wholesale teams and internal departments including eCommerce, PR, and marketing

YOUR PROFILE:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in retail or wholesale marketing, within the fashion or retail industry
  • Must have experience in the apparel industry
  • Experience planning, executing or managing events is helpful
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external partners on various levels
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work within budget constraints

Jaya is looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Senior Production Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing production planning, production management, project management, and coordinating with various teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality apparel collections. This person will be working across both Cinq à Sept and LIKELY brands.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the production process, from pre-production planning to final delivery
  • Work closely with the Director of production, designers, Production Coordinators and vendors to ensure that all production milestones are met
  • Manage production schedules, ensuring that deadlines are adhered to and any delays are promptly addressed
  • Ensure all production processes comply with company standards and industry regulations
  • Prepare and maintain detailed production reports, tracking progress and identifying potential issues
  • Resolve any production-related issues that arise, coordinating with relevant teams to implement solutions
