ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee all aspects related to customer acquisition and retention through Performance Marketing, email/SMS, and other vehicles. As part of our growing e-commerce team, you will focus on paid new user growth and implementing best practices for retention. You will collaborate with our integrated DTC and marketing teams and manage our external agencies to scale and define strategies for maximum impact and return. This position gives you the opportunity to help drive change and growth while testing, learning, and scaling innovative tactics and ideas. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies across various channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention
- Create in partnership with Head of Brand Strategy, a paid channel strategy supporting business goals and positive ROI, while delivering on new customers including but not limited to Meta, Google, SEO, Email/SMS, Affiliate
Creative Management:
- Partner with cross functional teams to define messaging and design variation to obtain customer growth
- Determine creative for specific channels ensuring best practices are being developed and adhered to
- Own the digital ad plan and testing cadence with Head of E-comm and relevant agencies
Data Analysis:
- Utilize data analytics tools to track marketing and campaign performance, while analyzing customer behavior and trends
- Maintain up to date KPI charts and use data insights to further optimize digital marketing efforts, improve conversion rates and increase customer lifetime value
- Influence and inform integrated marketing/e-comm team on learnings to improve site experience, overall brand messaging and more
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in a related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing working with high growth, small to mid-size companies or brands
- Knowledge of growth channels and ecosystems
- Knowledge and experience in paid efforts
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to leverage data to uncover acquisition, funnel, and user insights
- Proven track record of successfully driving growth through paid channels
- Shopify, Google Analytics, META, Klaviyo, etc. required
- Excellent verbal and written skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation & Strategy
- Own the organic social content calendar across all platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand initiatives and key moments.

Collaboration & Growth

- Conceptualize and launch new social series, activations, or challenges to drive organic reach and audience growth.
YOUR PROFILE:
- A social-native creator with 1-3 years of experience managing social media and communities for a fast-paced fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
- Obsessed with Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms – you understand the nuances of each and know how to create content that works.
- Excellent visual eye and copywriting skills; you can craft witty captions and curate beautiful grids.
- One step ahead of social trends with the ability to quickly identify them. You’re constantly thinking about which trends are relevant to our brand and consumer set, and capable of moving quickly from leadership approvals to execution to maximize in real time opportunities.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in managing marketing activities with our wholesale partners and owned and operated retail stores across both of Jaya's brands, Cinq à Sept and LIKELY. As the Retail Marketing Manager will partner closely with the wholesale account executive and DTC retail team to develop and execute compelling seasonal marketing campaigns with the goal of driving traffic and sales. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of all marketing assets and initiatives across wholesale accounts, managing timelines, and ensuring brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with account executives and retail marketing teams to craft dynamic, data-driven seasonal marketing campaigns that align with business objectives
- Oversee campaign logistics, including the coordination of photography, key looks, samples, and budget management to ensure timely and successful execution
- Develop and submit creative briefs for wholesale-specific needs such as seasonal product knowledge guides, digital lookbooks, and training materials
- Provide strategic support for wholesale events, including Personal Appearances and trunk shows, by managing event materials such as guidelines, invitations, signage, and more
- Coordinate in-store installations, managing seasonal visual displays, new product/category launches, and shop-in-shop experiences to enhance brand visibility
- Maintain and manage the wholesale marketing calendar, acting as the primary liaison between wholesale teams and internal departments including eCommerce, PR, and marketing

YOUR PROFILE:

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Development Technical Designer to join our team to work on our Main Collection. The ideal candidate should be a team player, also playing a crucial
role in bridging the gap between design and development, ensuring that our creative visions
translate seamlessly into high-quality, well-fitting garments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with Design during prototype development to achieve design intent.
- Develop and create accurate technical packages, including specifications and garment construction details
- Conduct fittings, write fit notes and collaborate with design and oversea factories to ensure garments meet design aesthetic, fit, and spec requirements, understand the grade rules and make pattern corrections when it needed, able to drape a mockup for design approval
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve design and fit issues to ensure feasibility.
- Update all fit notes and revise specs to TP in a timely manner after the fitting
- Clearly communicate with factories with all fit changes after Proto reviews
- Provide technical expertise during the design pass off, advising on construction techniques, fabrications, and finishing details
- Ensure that all prototypes samples are reviewed /measured upon for fitting
- Fit, evaluate, and approve proto samples, ensuring they align with design intent and
- quality standards

- Staying up to date with the latest techniques in the development of garments, on industry trends, technological advancements, and manufacturing processes to continually enhance product quality and efficiency
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, or a related field
- 5-7 years of related work experience in woven, cut and sew categories in high- end designer bands
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and illustrator
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and draping
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

Jaya is looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Senior Production Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing production planning, production management, project management, and coordinating with various teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality apparel collections. This person will be working across both Cinq à Sept and LIKELY brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the production process, from pre-production planning to final delivery
- Work closely with the Director of production, designers, Production Coordinators and vendors to ensure that all production milestones are met
- Manage production schedules, ensuring that deadlines are adhered to and any delays are promptly addressed
- Ensure all production processes comply with company standards and industry regulations
- Prepare and maintain detailed production reports, tracking progress and identifying potential issues
- Resolve any production-related issues that arise, coordinating with relevant teams to implement solutions
- Oversee quality control checks at various stages of production to ensure products meet the required standards
- Support the production team by providing clear instructions, resources, and assistance as needed
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Supply Chain Management or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in a production coordination role, preferably in Contemporary Fashion market
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
