ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Development Technical Designer to join our Main Collection team. The ideal candidate should be a team player, also playing a crucial role in bridging the gap between design and development, ensuring that our creative visions translate seamlessly into high-quality, well-fitting garments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with Design during prototype development to achieve design intent.
- Develop and create accurate technical packages, including specifications and garment construction details
- Can able to conduct fittings, write fit notes and collaborate with design and oversea factories to ensure garments meet design aesthetic, fit, and spec requirements, understand the grade rules and make pattern corrections when it needed, able to drape a mockup for design approval
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve design and fit issues to ensure feasibility.
- Update all fit notes and revise specs to TP in a timely manner after the fitting
- Clearly communicate with factories with all fit changes after Proto reviews
- Provide technical expertise during the design pass off, advising on construction techniques, fabrications, and finishing details
- Ensure that all prototypes samples are reviewed /measured upon for fitting
- Fit, evaluate, and approve proto samples, ensuring they align with design intent and quality standards
- Update WIP tracker
- Staying up to date with the latest techniques in the development of garments, on industry trends, technological advancements, and manufacturing processes to continually enhance product quality and efficiency
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, or a related field
- 5-7 years of related work experience in woven, cut and sew categories in high- end designer bands
- Must have experience effectively leading / running fittings
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and illustrator
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and draping
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when needed.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, consumer obsessed individual to manage our e-commerce platform while collaborating with other e-commerce and marketing team members to deliver a seamless and exceptional experience to our consumers. This position will help manage all aspects of the platform including but not limited to product upload, PDP management, order
management, FarFetch, and more. This role is instrumental in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
This position plays a critical role to the success of our DTC business. Below are some key areas for the role but as DTC and the world of digital continue to evolve, this role will also evolve naturally as it relates to trends and consumer behavior that impacts the business.
PLATFORM(s) MANAGEMENT
- Liaise with e-commerce buyer and other e-commerce members to ensure products are uploaded on time prior to receiving to maximize selling time frame
- Track inventory constantly to ensure new products are feeding to product catalog and platforms
- Upload all product imagery associated with DTC buy
- Merchandise Product on site
- Create tags and product descriptions
- Ensure all relevant product information like sizing, measurements, and more within the platform
- Maintain constant eyes on platforms to ensure accuracy in information, etc.
- Create promotional codes for all DTC sales promotions, special requests, and the like
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
- Liaise with buyer on markdowns, ensure all is tagged as it relates to markdowns, added channel selling, etc.
- Manage on going markdowns and tagging
- Liaise with DC on request, discrepancies or additional needs
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Help manage customer service via liaising with customer service team, DC and others
- Be the contact person internally for any customer service issues that require transfers, refunds, or additional support based on subject of customer service issue for instance but not limited to:
*Allocate and track any customer service order issues
*Assist in technical upgrade projects with DC, IT, and warehouse
*Process customer service driven orders, special requests while working with DC managers to ensure returns and changes happen in a timely manner

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years with direct platform management for an apparel brand
- Strong verbal and written skillset
- Ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with the ecommerce ecosystem and platforms like; Shopify, FarFetch, Happy Returns, META, and Google
- Able to reprioritize projects frequently

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in managing marketing activities with our wholesale partners and owned and operated retail stores across both of Jaya's brands, Cinq à Sept and LIKELY. As the Retail Marketing Manager will partner closely with the wholesale account executive and DTC retail team to develop and execute compelling seasonal marketing campaigns with the goal of driving traffic and sales. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of all marketing assets and initiatives across wholesale accounts, managing timelines, and ensuring brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with account executives and retail marketing teams to craft dynamic, data-driven seasonal marketing campaigns that align with business objectives
- Oversee campaign logistics, including the coordination of photography, key looks, samples, and budget management to ensure timely and successful execution
- Develop and submit creative briefs for wholesale-specific needs such as seasonal product knowledge guides, digital lookbooks, and training materials
- Provide strategic support for wholesale events, including Personal Appearances and trunk shows, by managing event materials such as guidelines, invitations, signage, and more
- Coordinate in-store installations, managing seasonal visual displays, new product/category launches, and shop-in-shop experiences to enhance brand visibility

YOUR PROFILE:

ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Shop Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations to ensure a superior customer experience to drive the business forward to achieve sales targets. Your role includes cultivating the Cinq à Sept brand by fostering customer engagement, and maintaining the store visuals with strong product presentation in line with brand standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Shop Manager serves as the key vendor partner to the General Manager/Assistant General Manager on all facets of the total Cinq à Sept business.
- The Shop Manager will leverage and influence central partners and store-line leadership teams to support the development and execution of these plans, in addition to working closely with all Cinq à Sept partners.
- The Shop Manager is responsible for influencing the buy to respective Bloomingdale’s stores to drive full-price sell-through.
- The Shop Manager will partner with the Visual Merchandising team ensuring all standards are maintained and that the brand image is elevated.
- Effectively partner with Operations leadership to manage store-controlled elements of profit and loss.
- Analyze data and ground intelligence to Identify and capitalize on key business opportunities.

YOUR PROFILE

- Technical capability and product knowledge with ability to confidently influence the Design team and provide on the spot solutions
- Proactive, extremely organized, detailed oriented, can think on their fee, and has a sense of urgency
- Effective project management skills and experience, including the ability to articulate goals and objectives, manage projects independently, and the ability to network and utilize internal and external resources
