ROLE OVERVIEW

Cinq à Sept is seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Manager to support our growing women’s contemporary business. This role focuses on building and executing wholesale marketing programs while driving digital performance across search, paid media, Amazon storefront, and seasonal go-to-market initiatives. The ideal candidate combines analytical strength with strong project management skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional partners.


This role will work closely with the Wholesale Sales team, DTC/eCommerce team, Creative, and Product teams to deliver cohesive, channel-specific marketing support that drives revenue and brand visibility.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Wholesale Marketing Support

  • Lead development and execution of co-op marketing programs with key wholesale partners including Saks Fifth Avenue Global, Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, ShopBop, Revolve and Amazon.
  • Manage wholesale partner marketing calendars, deliverables, budgets, and reporting.
  • Support wholesale sales with seasonal presentations, marketing toolkits, and asset distribution.
  • Track and analyze wholesale marketing performance, providing recommendations for optimization.


Wholesale Digital Marketing & Performance Analytics

  • Partner with the DTC team to plan and manage wholesale digital search campaigns
  • Grow and nurture relationships with wholesale marketing teams
  • Oversee KPI reporting for all digital channels, including CTR, ROAS, CPC, conversion, and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with agencies or internal teams to manage wholesale SPAs and paid digital placements
  • Identify insights and opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, and digital visibility


Amazon Storefront

  • Maintain and update the Amazon storefront with seasonal assets, product updates, brand content, and promotional messaging
  • Partner with eCommerce and product teams to optimize Amazon listings, A+ content, and brand experience
  • Support Amazon marketing initiatives, including paid search/SPAs, reporting, and growth strategy


Seasonal Marketing & Go-to-Market

  • Own seasonal asset management, ensuring wholesale and DTC teams have timely access to product imagery, copy, videos, and campaign content
  • Manage seasonal marketing timelines, milestones, and cross-functional communication


Retail Marketing

  • Develop retail partner marketing programs including promotions, in-store marketing needs, and localized campaigns
  • Coordinate copy and messaging for retail marketing initiatives (excluding visual merchandising)


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Wholesale, DTC/eCommerce, and Creative teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Partner with Product and Sales to understand key seasonal priorities and product stories
  • Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and wholesale partners as needed


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in wholesale, apparel, or retail industries
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Experience managing co-op marketing programs or wholesale partnerships
  • Familiarity with Amazon Brand Stores and Amazon advertising tools a preferred
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple timelines
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

This is a leadership position and will serve as the point person when the SM or ASM are not present in the store. Cinq à Sept is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant to support the Wholesale team in achieving seasonal sales goals and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include managing ATS and shipping reports, coordinating samples and model needs, maintaining the sample closet, assisting with Market preparation and showroom support, processing wholesale orders, and creating weekly sales recaps. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Support Wholesale team in driving seasonal sales goals by account to achieve financial targets
  • Run various reports including ATS reports and Shipping reports
  • Coordinate all samples for wholesale accounts, ecomm and Ad shoots
  • Maintain sample closet
  • Assist with Market preparation and help in the showroom during Market
  • Enter and process orders for wholesale customers after completion of market appointments
  • Create sales recaps on a weekly basis
  • Coordinate models for market and NuOrder shoots
  • Act as a liaison between sales and cross-functional teams

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team to play a key role in ensuring a smooth and timely production within the apparel lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in contemporary production environments, the ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and support the full production cycle from production through delivery
  • Plan and manage production schedules and timelines to ensure on-time delivery. Proactively problem solving any delays or issues to meet all deliverables
  • Cross functional communication - act as a liaison between PD, Tech, Fabric, Trim, Sales, Logistics and Factories maintaining clear communication on product updates and approvals
  • Oversee and track all pre-production milestones - fabric/trip approvals, lab dips, fit approvals and delivery
  • Handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate WIP (Work-In-Progress) reports and ensure systems are updated

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Fabric Specialist with a strong understanding of fabric construction, dyeing, finishing, and common fabric issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines. This role works closely with mills, garment factories, and internal teams to ensure all bulk materials meet quality standards and are approved on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Work directly with fabric mills regarding bulk fabric quality
  • Review, evaluate, and approve bulk fabric submissions, including hand feel, construction, overall performance characteristics, weight, crocking, and performance tests
  • Identify potential quality or construction issues and collaborate with mills and garment factories to resolve them
  • Send bulk fabric references to garment factories in a timely manner
  • Work with garment vendors and communicate with mills if quality issues are detected in bulk fabric
  • Track all submissions to ensure they are received and approved on time
  • Maintain clear documentation of approvals, comments, and any required corrections
  • Partner with Production, Design, QC, and Factories to ensure fabric readiness
  • Communicate fabric issues, status, delays, or risks promptly and clearly
  • Create and maintain a library of standards and bulk-approved materials
  • Oversee core bulk fabric (repeat fabrics and colors) approvals
  • Manage basic trim approvals


YOUR PROFILE:

  • 2–4 years of experience in fabric development, quality, or sourcing
  • Degree in Textiles, Apparel Production or related field preferred
  • Strong technical understanding of fabric construction and quality with an understanding of Cinq à Sept’s aesthetic
  • Experience working with mills and garment factories
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to maintain clear documentation
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbally
  • Ability to manage bulk fabric approvals, core materials, and basic trim approvals
  • Problem solver with a proactive mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office and PLM or similar systems
