Please note: We are experiencing a higher than normal volume in returns during the holiday season which may cause a delay to your return process. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your understanding during this time.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

**Orders placed on the weekend or during a holiday will be processed and shipped the following business day. Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping/business days. Expedited orders received after 2 PM EST will ship on the following business day.

Cinq à Sept will provide a FedEx tracking number within 24 hours of your order being shipped to help you anticipate the appropriate delivery date.

Delivery to all U.S. and international P.O. Boxes is not currently available


When a product is available for pre-order, it means that the order is available for purchase before the item is in-stock. Products on pre-order will be shipped on or after the estimated shipping date.

The estimated shipping date can be found on the product page. We will send an email updating once the item is in stock, shipped with tracking information or in the case of delays.

Pre-order products must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Please note, pre-orders cannot be edited once placed. Contact us at to cancel and place a new pre-ordered with the desired selections. Orders that have already shipped cannot be edited.

Changes to Order

Please note, once an order has been placed we cannot make changes. This includes adding items to the existing order, changing a size of an item in an existing order, or combining multiple orders.

Delayed Packages

Delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed by Cinq à Sept in the event of forces of nature or other uncontrollable events occur. The shipping speed chosen during check out will be what service is chosen when shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cinq à Sept is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped to confirmed correct delivery address.
If packages have not shown movement and not scanned as delivered, we can place a claim on your behalf with the carrier. Replacement or refunds will be processed after the carrier has investigated the claim.

International Shipping
For international shipping please shop our products on Farfetch.

On we currently only ship to the United States and Canada. Please note, all orders shipped outside the continental US do not qualify for expedited shipping.



Start your return online here. Box up your items, apply the label provided, and ship them back to us. You’ll get an email when your items have been received and your refund has been processed. Please allow 2-3 days for your refund to be initiated.

Cinq à Sept wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event that you need to return your unworn items, you can ship it back to us in the original packaging for a refund.

All orders shipped outside the continental United States are final sale, non-returnable and non-refundable.

All items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.

Please note our return policy:

  • All returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund to your original form of payment.
  • All returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery for a merchandise credit.
  • All returns must be shipped within 30 days of the return request.
  • We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, dirty, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • All items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, Cinq à Sept reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
  • A $10.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refunded amount.
  • Please note that an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.
Returns for Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for returns as they follow the same return policy as full price items unless shipped outside the continental US or marked as "FINAL SALE" in the product description.

Refund Processing

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of package receipt. Your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund.


At this time, we cannot accommodate exchanges. Please request to return the item that did not work and place a new order for the new item.  

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.

Price Adjustments

Please note that during promotion periods, promotional offers cannot be applied towards previous purchases.

Order Adjustments

Orders cannot be adjusted or canceled once they are placed.

Price Matching

We can offer price matching for products where both size and color are available at both and the other retailer.

Returns Procedure

Follow the directions on the back of your packing list. Pack all items in a secure box or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing list with your items.

Printing Your Return Label

Start your return online here. Box up your items, apply the label provided, and ship them back to us. You’ll get an email when your items have been received and your refund has been processed. Please allow 2-3 days for your refund to be initiated. A return label is provided for orders only if shipped within the continental United States. Please note: $10.00 per returned package will be deducted from your return credit. Your return label is trackable and can be used for all US addresses.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us at immediately.
