These Official Rules govern the Cinq à Sept “10 Days of Giveaways” promotion (the
“Promotion”), sponsored by Cinq à Sept (“Sponsor”).
1. Promotion Period
The Promotion will take place over ten consecutive promotional days beginning on September 12 at 7:30:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ending on September 21 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Each day will feature a different offer or prize. Each daily promotion will be available only during the applicable promotional day unless otherwise stated below.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of their households are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
For giveaway days, eligible participants may enter by following the instructions provided
in the applicable Cinq à Sept social media post. Where specified in the applicable post, participants may be required to:
- Follow the official Cinq à Sept social media account;
- Like the applicable Promotion post;
- Comment on the applicable Promotion post; and/or
- Sign up for Cinq à Sept email communications.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. For promotional discount days, participants must meet the eligibility requirements stated for that day's offer and use the applicable promotional code at checkout.
4. Daily Promotions
DAY 1 September 12 — WIN THE GREATEST HITS 10-YEAR ANNIVERSARY KAEL
EMBELLISHED BLAZER
One eligible winner will receive one exclusive Greatest Hits 10-Year Anniversary Kael Embellished Blazer. The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries received during Day 1 and will be contacted using the information associated with their entry. Winner must provide their size and shipping information within 48 hours of contact. No returns or exchange are permitted.

DAY 2 September 13 — 10% OFF SITEWIDE
Eligible participants may receive 10% off sitewide using a promotional code provided by Cinq à Sept. To receive the code, participants must follow Cinq à Sept on social media, sign up for Cinq à Sept email communications, and like and comment on the applicable Day 2 Promotion post. The promotional code is valid for Day 2 only and must be entered at checkout. Offer valid on eligible merchandise only. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or promotional codes unless otherwise stated.
DAY 3 September 14 — STYLING CONSULTATION + $250 GIFT CARD
One eligible winner will receive a complimentary consultation with a Cinq à Sept brand
stylist plus a $250 Cinq à Sept gift card toward a purchase. The styling consultation may be conducted virtually or in person, subject to availability. The gift card is subject to Cinq à Sept's applicable gift card terms and conditions. Approximate total retail value: $250 plus the value of the styling consultation. Offer not valid on prior purchases, gift cards, gift wrap, shipping and handling or taxes. Discount cannot be combined with other offers. Other exclusions may apply.
DAY 4 September 15 — FREE SHIPPING
Eligible participants may receive free standard shipping on qualifying orders placed
during Day 4. A promotional code must be entered at checkout. The offer is valid for Day 4 only and may be used on any qualifying purchase, subject to applicable shipping exclusions. To receive the code, participants must follow Cinq à Sept on social media, sign up for Cinq à Sept email communications, and like and comment on the applicable Day 4
Promotion post.
DAY 5 September 16 — EXCLUSIVE CINQ À SEPT ANNIVERSARY PIECE
One eligible winner will receive one exclusive Cinq à Sept anniversary piece selected
from the Cinq à Sept anniversary capsule collection. The winner will be provided with a selection of eligible pieces and may select one available item, subject to availability. Winner must provide their selection and shipping information within 48 hours of contact. No returns or exchange are permitted. Approximate retail value: up to $1,295.
DAY 6 September 17 — A “CINQ À SEPT” ON US
One eligible winner will receive a $300 Visa e-gift card to enjoy a Cinq à Sept-inspired evening, such as martinis and oysters or drinks with friends. Gift card will be sent to the winner via email within 30 days of being selected as the winner. The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing institution. Approximate retail value: $300.
DAY 7 September 18 — GIFT WITH PURCHASE
Eligible customers will receive a complimentary gift with qualifying online or in-store purchases made during Day 7, while supplies last. Shoppers will need to select add to cart upon check out when prompted to receive the gift. The gift may include an embellished Cinq à Sept ball cap and/or other designated promotional item. Limit one gift per qualifying order/customer, unless otherwise stated. Gift selection is subject to availability. No substitutions or cash equivalents will be provided.
DAY 8 September 19 — WIN TWO PAIRS OF NEW FALL SHOES
One eligible winner will receive two pairs of Cinq à Sept Fall shoes selected from the designated eligible styles. The winner will receive a selection of available styles and may select two pairs, subject to availability and sizing. Winner must provide their selection and shipping information within 48 hours of contact. No returns or exchange are permitted. Approximate retail value: up to $1,300.00
DAY 9 September 20 — WIN AN EMBELLISHMENT KIT
One eligible winner will receive an exclusive Cinq à Sept embellishment kit designed to allow the winner to embellish their own blazer at home. The embellishment kit will include the materials designated by Cinq à Sept. Blazer is not included unless expressly stated. Winner must provide their shipping information within 48 hours of contact. No returns or exchange are permitted.
DAY 10 September 21 — ONE-ON-ONE VIRTURAL STYLING SESSION WITH JANE
One eligible winner will receive a one-on-one virtual styling session with Cinq à Sept co-
founder ana co-ceo Jane Siskin, subject to availability. The winner will also receive $1,500 in Cinq à Sept online shopping credit. The shopping credit is valid toward eligible Cinq à Sept merchandise and is subject to any additional terms communicated to the winner.
Approximate retail value: $1,500 plus the value of the styling session. Winner must redeem/schedule within 6 months of being notified of winning. No returns or exchange are permitted. Offer not valid on prior purchases, gift cards, gift wrap, shipping and handling or taxes. Discount cannot be combined with other offers. Other exclusions may apply.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
For giveaway days, winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion day.
Winners will be contacted via the social media account and/or email address associated with their entry. Winners may be required to provide information necessary to confirm eligibility and fulfill the prize.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 24 hours is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
6. Prize Restrictions
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor. Gift cards are not valid on prior purchases, gift cards, gift wrap, shipping and handling or taxes. Discount cannot be combined with other offers. Other exclusions may apply.
7. Shipping of Prizes
All physical prizes will be shipped to verified winners within 30 days of winner
confirmation, subject to product availability and any circumstances beyond Sponsor's
reasonable control.
Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that are lost, damaged, delayed, or misdirected
after delivery to the shipping address provided by the winner.
8. Social Media Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform on which the
Promotion may be advertised or conducted.
By participating, each entrant releases the applicable social media platform from any
responsibility or liability related to the Promotion.
9. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance
with Cinq à Sept's applicable Privacy Policy.
By entering, participants acknowledge that information provided in connection with the
Promotion may be used to administer the Promotion and, where the participant
separately opts in to marketing communications, to send Cinq à Sept marketing
communications.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who Sponsor determines, in its
sole discretion, has violated these Official Rules, manipulated the entry process,
provided false information, or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, in whole or
in part, if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable
control compromise the integrity of the Promotion.
11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates,
officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, damages,
losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the
Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where
prohibited by law.
12. Governing Law
The Promotion and these Official Rules are subject to applicable federal, state, and
local laws and regulations. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Promotion will be
governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict-of-law
principles.

General Terms
