Refund policy

Cinq à Sept wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event that you need to return your unworn items you can ship it back to us in the original packaging for a refund. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned and exchanged at any time.

PLEASE NOTE OUR RETURN POLICY:
-All returns must be shipped within 14 days from date of receipt.
-Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
-We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.
-Merchandise must have all tags attached.
-All items should be returned in their original packaging.
-Shipping charges are not refundable.
-Upon receipt of returned goods, Cinq à Sept reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
-A $10.00 fee will be deducted from your total refunded amount.

Please note that an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.

REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of package receipt. Your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not want and place a new order on Cinq à Sept.nyc. Please note we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Please note that during promotion periods, promotional offers cannot be applied towards previous purchases.
